BOOKING CONDITIONS AND SITE RULES
VISITORS TO THE SITE MUST BE PRE ARRANGED WITH SITE OWNERS, WITH NAMES AND ADDRESSES SUPPLIED.
Noise levels should be kept down after 9pm and before 8am , please be mindful of your neighbours .

BBQ’S Only purpose built bbq’s that are raised a minimum of 1 foot off the ground are allowed so long as they do not cause annoyance to others. The use of disposable barbeques is NOT permitted as they cause damage and present danger.
STRICTLY NO CAMP FIRES/ OPEN FIRES. The use of Gas fires and Gas fire pits is permitted so long as they do not cause annoyance to others and do not damage the ground
Cars only one car per pitch is allowed and you are asked to observe a 5mph speed.
Loss Damage and injury
Your vehicles and their accessories and contents are left at your own risk. We will not be responsible for loss or damage from any cause whatsoever, for any accidents, personal injury to customers or inconvenience, loss or damage sustained, however caused.
We reserve the right to refuse admission for any reasonable cause, and to expel any person who is causing a nuisance or annoyance to others, without any refund of charges.
We reserve the right to withdraw or alter any site facilities in the event of an emergency or other good reason.
Cancellations
Deposits are not refundable, unless prior arrangements have been made.

CORONAVIRUS REGULATIONS ON SITE
YOU ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL SANITIZATION.
WASTE DISPOSAL/RECYCLING
Please ensure that each bin is used correctly, you are responsible for your own safety and sanitization while doing so. Only general day to day rubbish to be disposed of, we do not allow the disposal of old/broken camping equipment and packaging of any new equipment .
FOOD WASTE
Please bag your food waste into biodegradable waste bags before placing in the food waste bin provided.
( please ask if you need bags )
TINS/CANS/FOIL
Please wash out all containers and place in the appropriately labelled bin.
PAPER/CARDBOARD/PLASTIC
Please break up all cardboard and make sure all containers emptied before placing in the appropriately labelled bin.
BOTTLES/GLASS JARS
Please place all glass in the divided crates open side down.
CHEMICAL DISPOSAL POINT
It would be advisable to use gloves , please make sure that no one else is using this facility when you go there , you are fully responsible for your own personal sanitization
